This morning many of us woke up looking forward to the weekend. Maybe excited by God Cup day at Cheltenham, a weekend of six nations rugby and of course our national holiday.
Then came news of the horrific attacks at the Al Noor and Linwood mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. This morning a dark cloud hangs over the world.
Men, women and children gunned down while worshiping God. Such acts leave any right minded person, horrified, shocked, numb and full of questions that don't seem to have an answer. It does seem sometimes that the seeds of hate are all to easily planted in the human heart.
This morning we offer our prayers and keep in our thoughts all who have been left devastated by this horrific attack. This morning we stand as one with our Muslim brothers and sisters.
